Today was a really good day. I decided to go for a walk. After doing my blog on Mental Health and Medications, I was thinking to myself that I really need to get back into the gym and walk more every chance that I can. Mental health and medications.

Many of us take medications every day for our mental health. Have you ever looked at the side effects on the paperwork from the pharmacy? Personally, I never have. But I got to thinking today, I wonder why I keep clinching down on my jaws now for months, and why can't I lose weight? I know I don't overeat! So, let's go ahead and dive right in. Maybe I can talk you into looking at the side effects on your prescriptions too.

Wednesday sobriety check in.

It's Wednesday so let's do a mid-week sobriety check-in! I will let you know how I'm doing, and you can feel free to email me if you have a prayer request or just need an ear. It's always nice to have someone to hear you. The main reason I even started this blog back in March was because I don't always have someone to talk to about certain things, so being able to blog about it is very healing. Even if no-one reads my blogs I get to just vent and let it all out! The best part about blogging is that I can say what I want without having any unwanted advice given back to me. Sometimes we just want to vent without having another person always trying to have an answer to how we feel. Everything doesn't need to have an answer.

Have you ever felt invisible?

Happy May 1st everyone. I was really looking forward to today and very excited to see what May brings to me. Sometimes things don't go as planned and people make you feel invisible. 90% of the time, that's probably because it's all in your own mind but people can also increase this effect on your brain.
